IMPORTANT: HMO Networks have NO COVERAGE if you use non-contracted providers.

A Qualifying Life Event (QLE) is required to purchase any individual ACA medical plan outside of open enrollment.

QLE examples: Marriage, Divorce, new baby, move to new service area, loss of other coverage, death of insured,  You have 30 days from the event to make changes in your coverage, please be aware of 15th of month deadline!
